Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 ~ 4 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within 1 ~ 3 days to let you know when your order will be on the way to you!

Orders can be picked up daily, An email will be sent when your order is ready.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within my local area of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for
local delivery.
Orders placed before 10am during store hours will be delivered the same day
depending if the order is a custom order then you will be contacted via email when your order is ready. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1 ~ 4 weeks using CTT Post by tracked delivery is usually 2 - 10 days. The tracking number will be added to your order and sent to you via email so you can check the location of your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping inside Portugal is free of charge and shipping info is displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping outside Portugal is calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to all countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout after entering your address.
Shipping to international countries can vary between 8 to 20 days for international shipping depending on the destination
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pixies Clothing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at PixiesSustainableClothing@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Custom orders made are not accepted for refunds and can only be adjusted or exchanged for a new item depending on the reason for wanting to return, but contact us and i am sure we can find a solution.
